Much has been written about social media as an innovative communication platform for our times. The challenge is how to generate and maintain greater engagement and collaboration to make it more useful and compelling to audiences. In this session, Iggy Pintado, author of the book, Connection Generation proposes that it's all about our attitude, behaviour and the context of how we connect to truly derive optimal social and commercial benefits. Presenter: Iggy Pintado
Iggy Pintado is Director, Solutions and Marketing at UXC Connect. He is an accomplished and experienced business leader with a wealth of corporate business experience. Over 22 years, he's held professional, management and executive positions in marketing, sales, channels, operations and online management at both IBM and Telstra.
Iggy is also an internationally recognised connection technology practitioner, speaker and author. His book, Connection Generation, is a fascinating study of how connectedness affects our place in society and business and the challenges and opportunities this compelling development presents. He is a professional speaker who speaks about marketing, technology, business networking and connectedness. As a "super-connected" networker on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, he has earned his place in the Top 25 list of the most connected business networkers in Australia.
